On Saturday 3rd of August my boyfriend and I went and gave in his Markham application form, when I asked when will he get a response we where told by Monday (5th of August) it's the 12th today and still no account has been opended. For the past week I had to phone the store every single day, they just kepty saying they waiting on the response from the Head Office, it is just the WORST SERVICE EVER FROM ANY RETAIL COMPANY THE WHOLE TFG GROUP IS A KED UP THING. On Thursday 8th my boyfriend got a threatening message saying that if he does not call them within the next 24hrs they will cancel the application and cos he needs the account he phoned them on Friday. He phoned the Friday and there was no answer, this morning they tell me that they were closed, then why on this ken earth do they say you must call back in the next 24hrs when they know for a fact they closed the next day. I'M SO KEN FRUSTRATED AT THIS, WE CANCELLED EVERYTHING NOW, Elvina in new accounts phoned my boyfriend after I phoned them and she told him to fax a certified copy of his I.D, 3 months bank statment and a proof of address, WHY WERE'NT WE TOLD THIS AT THE KEN STORE?
