I ordered 3 blankets 3months ago and as per the email i received i would get a gift when placing an order and was confirmed by the consultant. Few days later i received a call from HomeChoice to tell me their out of stock can their replace with another order which i accept. a week later i received the order without any gifts. I complaint with HomeChoice Helpdesk and was said their will make a note of it and forward to the correct department who deals with gifts.a week went passed received a call from Homechoich again to asking me if am interested in buying anything from their promotions, ...i couldn't believe it their asked me to buy from them but my query wasn't even resolved yet... on that spot i address my problem with the guy who phone me and was said their apologies for the miscommunication he will sort it out. I received a sms to collect my parcel from the post office which is approx 8km from my home.only to find out that it is a manicure gift set value of R10 compare to Discem or Clicks pricing and were looking that the gift was picked out of the trash bin, Seriously bad bad service to a loyal customer never ever again dealing with Home Choice
