I logged a complaint on Hello Peter, last week, due to the insensitive and unprofessional treatement I received at the hands of a "customer care Manager". Megan Gibbs.

Per Megan, "Unfortunately we cannot account for the call centre's lack of service as per your complaint... Your voucher was valid for the preceding 9 months before you were hospitalised."

To date, my request for feedback from, or an e-mail contact to a more senior line manager has not been forthcoming.

As I work in the same industry, I find the pithy responce, and lack of transparency disgusting to say the least, and will continue to spend my money elsewhere from now on, as well as warn my friends and colleagues about the shocking customer care ethic experienced TO DATE.
