I ordered Pearl bags in November 2012 and Continental bags were delivered in December instead thus I saw that it was not that Pearl bags that I have ordered and I returned them to the post office so that I cannot be held liable for them as I didn't want those set of Continental bags since it was not what I have ordered.

We got the bags on 22/12/2012 and after we saw that it was not the bags that we ordered we returned them on the 24/12/2012 and I have attached the slip with the PA number from Post Office that is showing that the bags have been returned to Home Choice and the PA number is 376 188 715 ZA. Your first letter dated 08/01/2013 was received saying that the account must be paid and that was followed by other letter of demand for a payment together with calls from your useless consultants who were always asking the same questions time and time and again without resolving the matter.
