Call Centre Totally Incompetent

A few months ago I contacted [URL Removed] about a product I was interested in purchasing that they did not stock. I was told that if I send them the link of the website that does stock the product they could source it and I could purchase it from them.

So I decided to contact them again and give it a try. When I called a women named Pamela answered my call, I explained what I had been told and she confirmed that this could be done. She then proceeded to dodge and dive every question I had. She was totally incompetent and had no clue what she was doing. In frustration I put the phone down to try get thru to another consultant. Pamela answered my called 3 times and each times pretended not to hear me. On my final attempt she "Heard" me and transferred me to another women named Phumza. And again, Phumza was just as untrained and incompetent as Pamela.

I didn't get have much success with [URL Removed] and I didn't manage to order or purchase the product I wanted to. I really expected to deal with trained staff at one of the largest retail websites in South Africa. This is very disappointing.
