Long wait

On Monday 05 August 2013 I bought airtime voucher at PepCell in Thohoyandou. I accidental placed the till slip in the bag with oil and all the voucher number was ruined and could only see the till slip number and the date. As I stay 60km from the shop I decided not to go on the following day to report the matter and return on the third day. On my arrival was told that they can only do reprint on the same day, which is not explained on the till slip. i posted my story on PEP facebook page and they commented saying i must email them which I did on the 07th and still havent got any response even now.
