I signed a credit agreement with the branch in rissik street in JHB on the 13 dec 2013 I was told that I will get the goods by tuesday the latest then comes a whole new friday still no goods no call from the branch manager nothing and I've been calling her like every day and its tomorrow every day its tomorrow I called her today guess what its monday now what happened to 48 to 72 hours its going for 10 days then she tells me the goods are at a courier service and that the driver couldn't make the delivery and that they don't delieve on a saturday ball then she blames head office what a bunch of I don't know what sharron and her staff are getting paid for no customer care nothing. That's why they will never compare a store like ellerines to other stores like russells, morkels and even lewis they know customer service not the ups at ellerines rissik street branch they should just close down and do all of us a big favour I will never step into a ellerines or stores in their group it will be a wast of time by the way I went to russells and guess what they delivering tomorrow now that's service for you
