POOR DELIVER AFTER CASH PAYMENT

We purchased 2 x single beds in cash from Lewis Stores yesterday.
They confirmed delivery for later during the day around 17h00 or 18h00
We phoned at 15h00 to confirm if still in order and they said yes. Around 17h00 we called again only to find out that they only had 1 in stock, we opt to change colours to have the same and they needed to go check the store room
Around 19h00 they let us know that they will only go tomorrow.

This is unacceptable seeing that we paid cash and was promised delivery on the same day.
