It has been 4th return-still not correct good supp

I purchased a bed and got delivery of it on the 4th of July.. Which was huge achievement as they were kept telling me they will deliver it now and then... As it was supposed to be delivered on the 1st of July.. However, once I got the bed the base was found to be broken and was reported as such.. Which took them 3 weeks to get me another base which was also faulty... Now in mean time I found that the latex collapsed in the matters after reporting and following up, it was really frustrating for two weeks finally I had to decide to go on higher spec bed..Which was delivered but again it was delivered with the short length base it seems like they can't manufacture quality product.. it was reported on the invoice that short length base was delivered... They only acknowledged it only once I went to the shop... They promised that they will replace it but I have never heard from them as yet. It concludes that never buy from these people who can not meet the requirement of customer. Once money is in their pocket it is difficult to get it out and they do not care about giving service. If I could get my money back from them I would gladly accept it..one thing for sure no buying 4m bed shop
