Sleep Consultant to us to make a sale!

Visited the Home Centre in Springfield on 06/10.Got a quote of R950 for a base with delivery. The sales consultant showed my husband and I the base we were going to get and stated that if we didn't like the brown suede, she could get us a tan coloured one from the factory. Olivia even showed us the colour on a throw she had in store. We were happy with what we were shown and paid the R950.Today they delivered the base, only it was the wrong one! They sent us a white plain base which was not what we paid for. After sending it back, Olivia calls me to ask mw why I sent the base back. When explaining that the base was white and not a tan suede as promised, she changed her complete 'sales pitch' and to me about how they don't sell suede base sets and she told us that it was white. She then went on the explain that she never provides inaccurate information to customers and blah blah blah! This woman is a complete and utter and if you ever think of purchasing an item from this store, think twice. This woman must be bi-polar because the woman that made the sale yesterday and the woman I spoke to today are two completely different people. Waste of my time and I want my money back asap!
