Ordered a queen size bed base and they delivered a double base. Ordered it on the 19/10/2013 was delivered within the two week period but have been struggling ever since delivery to get the base exchanged. Constantly met with the same old response, passing the buck. As well as many automated responses. The staff are programmed like robots and always give the same response. Empty promises to call back which does not happen. Spent approx. 4 hours on the phone to their call center with various staff members and still nothing. Very unsatisfied and will never recommend groupon to anyone!
