I have bought a good from the supplier which was happy with but on other thing that really attracted me is that as a new customer you will receive a gift voucher, i received the goods an the voucher was not there an when i asked i was told that it was never captured so they'll courier it to me an i was kind enough not to return the good because of the voucher as was promised to be sent one, i waited for more than 2 months an the voucher was posted to me an when i called they just kept on referring me from one dept to another for the whole month... I decided to stop with the payment to get their attention an finally i was called by one of consultant of which she was only calling because the payment was never received, i got disgusted an told her i will never make any payment before i can receive my belongings, i asked her to escalate the matter, but that was never done because they've been calling me for the every day because i have stopped making payment an the reason was very fair as they have stopped giving me a good service, AM I liable to pay the finance charged on the account?? is these the kind of the service we expect from these foreign companies???
