On the 1st Dec 2013 I purchased clothes worth R299.97 at Mr Price in Lenasia and I was assisted by Makgabo and I swiped my card and it decline and nI was asked to pay cash as they had a problem but I got an sms confrming the amount went off and Mr PRICE MANAGER by the name of Cynthia told me it will reverse back into my account I waited and it didnt she promised to call me later and she didnt, ..I then went to Capitec and got a bank statement that confirned the money was on hold, .now Capitec is saying that money was eventually released to Mr price which means I paid cash and they also took tyhe money from my card I am extremely upset as I want the money back into my account
