Contracting with Back Door Plumbers

My geyser had burst after 10year usage, so I called Edcon home assistance for help. Edcon had contracted with a plumber whom attend the matter 3.5 hrs later. I had spent -R300.00 of my airtime chasing these guys whom appear to state that my geyser burst over 10 minute viewing. they would be paid an hour of call out fee hours labour for nothing. Even the state of the vehicle they drove into my yard looked like a backdoor business. Who is responsible for my wastage of airtime??? Thereafter, I called my Insurance Miway and they solved the problem. "DISGUSTING SERVICE from EDCON" & of my airtime
