On 7/07/13 I bought jeans at edgers Rustenburg. I paid by bank card. The next day I took the jeans back and the sales person asked how did I pay and requested the bank card and told me that the purchase was reversed and that it will show on my bank statement. On the 9/07/13 it still did not reflect and being in Klerksdorp I phoned edgers to enquire why the money was not returned to my bank account as promised by their employee. But apparently I am the only person that shops and buys with a bank card, because their people at head office could plainly not understand that I bought the merchandise with a bank card and there for paid CASH. How in the world is this possible!!! NO ONE COULD RECTIFY THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM!! HELLO is some-one there??? How is this happening?! Please tell me! If the money was to be paid back in cash WHY did the girl asked me for the card to reverse the sale!! AND HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK
