No delivery

Bought a TV stand on tuesday 15th of january 2013, and was told that it will be delivered by friday. The people from warehouse called and said they will deliver the stand on friday. They never came. I constantly have to be do tthe calling myself, nobody come back to me. I find this totally aPpauling, the fact that I paid iull and a very expensive delivery fee. I want my delivery to be done by 9 o clock on 23/02/2013 otherwise I want my full refund. I don't have to beg you guys, I even bought a TV from the same place, I can assure you that I will never buy from your store again, I don't want toi be associate with you guys. You totally and utterly disrespectful not to mention inconsiderate. That Branch manager was beyond rude, failed to even give a mere apology. She is not fit to work with people, instead told me to come get my money.
