Billed but goods never delivered

Did this have to end here?? I bought a wall unit and a bedroom suite for my mom 's Christmas present, and was told that it will be delivered in December LAST YEAR ALREADY. Only the wall unit was delivered in December but the other stock is still no where to be found??? I constantly have to call, nobody come back to me, every time I call, this manager - Lucky and that Martina Kekana lady tells me different stories?? Today he told me that stock was on the way but they noticed it was damaged by hail?? what? I am not a kid please... manager. In Jan I explained that i cannot expect the financier (African Bank) to bill me for the good that i don't have..yet they went on and billed me!! I find this totally atrocious, I don't have to beg you guys, I can assure you that I will never buy from your store again. You totally and utterly disrespectful not to mention inconsiderate, how do you bill for the goods you never delivered?? That Branch manager (Lucky) must stop lying to me as well, it me off. In December i even had to drive to the local Bearers branches to check if I can get a replacement wall unit... I need that energy, TIME and fuel refunded toooo?? BAD SERVICE!!! OF
