Poor service

I took photos in to be developed. Their machine was broken. Waited for about 30 minutes. Machine still out of operation. Left phone numbers for them to inform me when photos ready. No phone call. I had to phone around to get their number and then phoned them. I told them I was unhappy about their poor service but I got the stonewall attitude. Manager/owner should have phoned to apologize. I had to make a trip of an extra hour to collect my photos! I will not go there again. There are other photographic studios with a better customer service attitude.
