Media Studio
Terrible Service

We got Married on the 1st of Sept 2012. We found Media Studio on Summer Places website. Klaus was friendly and helpful and showed us a few amazing photos that he had taken and edited. We paid a deposit and then the last payment 1month before our wedding day. He arrived late and was miserable the whole day. He spent most of the day smoking and eating. We waited over a month for the disc of approx 600 photos of which we had to choose 200 to be edited& printed. Most of these were duplicate &taken a few seconds after others-so not much choice. Other than the group photos there were almost no photos of family and friends. Then after 3 months of numberous unanswered calls& emails we received our photos. These were nothing like the amazing photos we had seen when we 1st met with him, they were also of poor quality. Guests that took photos at our wedding took better quality photos (without editing) than Media Studios' "Proffessional" photographs after before & after editing. The 1 photo looks like my face is actually seperating. Now after 8 & a bit months we received the magazine which was also part of our Emerald package. The photos are of poor quality and the spelling is just scary.
