TERRIBLE SERVICE

On Mo. 25 March I took 2 photos to be printed at Foto First, where I was told it would only take 1.5hrs. After a while, I was phoned to say the printer had broken and that it would take longer. I arrived later that afternoon, to wait another hour for my photos to be printed. I was then offered a discount because of the inconvenience. After taking the photos to the framers, we realised that they did not print the right size photos for me, I asked for 60x90cm, and the printed and charged me for 40x60cm. After going back to the shop I was greeted very rudely and told that I would get my money back that I paid extra. I then realised they also now charged me the full price for the 2 photos, very conveniently forgetting the discount. This is not the first time that they have gotten my photos wrong, and when you tell them about it they get very defensive and become extremely rude - I find this completely unproffesional, the staff member did not even once apologize for all the inconvenience!!
