No service and prices

I printed some photos at the self help computer printers. From the start nobody offers assistance.
The prices on the machine are advertised as R5 for a jumbo and for 4 photos on one page as R4.50 which was misleading. No sizes were supplied with the 4-photos on a page thing. I selected that, and was charged R5.00 per photo. I then thought it will be A4 size as the price is the same as jumbo.
When i collected i got ID size photos and a bad attitude from the lady who gave me the goods. I was angry and left, when i phoned, she told me I was suppose to ASK for assistance, they do not offer it. She gave me the 'manager' number which does not work.
she did not even offer to help or see how to keep her customer happy. She was rude, unhelpful with no customer skills. Bad attitude, bad service, will never visit or use them again.
