Promise Breake

I kept aside a Daniel Hecter skirt with her (Sanatious, working at Daniel Hectare Department) on 29/07/2013, today (31/07/2013) when I went to buy the skirt she said its been sold (How can it be sold to another customer while it was kept for me). While I was on the queue to pay for another item I saw her with the skirt that was kept for me, I approached her that this is the skirt that I kept aside and you said it was sold then how come you have it? Her response to me was "She is going to pay for it and that I must order one for myself". My question is how can I keep aside an item and then one of the staff wants to purchase it for herself? I am not impressed with the service that she gave and I will never buy from Truworths Mall of the North again as Im a loyal customer because I have an account with you.
