Bad service

Last year was committed against my name at Exact store, they called to ask me to pay that's when i found out that was committed against my name. I was asked to bring the relevant documents pertaining the case which i did, they then referred me to head office they requested same i delivered, after a while i was told that the matter has been dealt with.

To my surprise i never received a letter to that effect, i let it go knowing that the matter has been dealt with, recently when i was enquiring to rent a property that's when i found out that they blacklisted me, how can that be since i reported this to them and i was informed by them that i no longer owe them anything and my name has been cleared, i would be happy if my name was removed from ITC and this is a defamation of my credit record.

I kindly request that they attend to this matter as a matter of urgency, failing which will have no option but to take this matter further.
