I kindly request that you review my mothers account as per your agreement that after six months it would be revisted. secondly why is mother's account in bad credit yet you debit her account every month. You provided us with false information that her account will stay the same yet now her account is in areas please explain that in detail.
Failing to assist her will have no option but to take this matter further, kindly attend to this matter as a matter of urgency.
