Poor Delivery

Once again realized that once bitten twice shy. But I gave them a chance after 8 months just to have the same bad service.

Berco claiming that I was not available when they tried to deliver, but its a business that is open from 8-5. There is always someone here. Sent an e-mail just after 8 this morning and still no response from Verona Wilson after she told me I would get it by 5 yesterday afternoon.
