I phoned Daddys Deals today, ready to give them a piece of my mind for not getting back to me regarding a refund on a voucher.

When my call was answered swiftly by a friendly Michelle in English and Afrikaans, I was stumped.

2 Minutes on the phone, and my refund was arranged. Friendly and efficient... don't see that every day.

Michelle, thank you for your excellent customer service. If more customer service consultants were like you, there would be less Aneurysms in the world, I'm sure.
