Unbelievable service

I received notification of my order to be delivered to my home address and was worried that I might not be there at the time so I phoned and got through to a most charming lady - Verona Wilson - who solved the problem by suggesting the parcel be sent to my place of work - easy - ok - BUT it has been YEARS since I have encountered such friendliness - helpfulness and efficiency AND Verona has a lovely telephone voice and manner too!!! [URL Removed] - you have a gem here!!!
