Ears sold us defective goods

We bought a lounge set from bears it broke on the first day we were forced to take another set at R2000 more which was also defective now we asked for our money back and they are refusing to give back our delivery fee of R350 we have wasted time and money phoning and going up and down to the store the manager of bears blames it all on one of the staff and refuses to take responsibility and is stalling us for months now she is extremely unhelpful and does not acknowledge that the customer is always right we are going to be left without a lounge set and short R350 because bears does not know how to treat their customers I am extremely upset and disapointed and the manager of bears cannot understand the reason for that and slams the phone down on me
