We bought a Monaco 3pce at BEARS, it was delivered but damaged, i phoned the same day and was promised that it would be replaced within a week, that was on the 2/11/2012, since then i've been given the runaround by everyone at Bears and no one can give me straight answers, we cannot even use this thing because besides the obvious damage there are no parts to assemble it. What more can i do to get Bears to keep their promises? Pay for something that we cant use!!! I phoned and emailed their customer care and was promised they will look into it and they will do follow up but still no word from either of them. Every month they deduct the payment from my bank without hesitation but when its time to give me answers there is always excuses. I'm fed-up with poor service and no help. You are my last resort, PLEASE, PLEASE help.
