I bought a lounge suite from Beares in October, was delivered beginning November 2012. Since February the suite material was looking like a disaster. I contacted the Branch sales lady Johanna (march, were I complaint about the quality. Tersia took over from the sales lady, where March she told me that there is an overall problem and I can chose something else and she will re-do the contract.By end of day I could not find any lounge suite bears had to offer that I wanted. I was basically forced to buy another lounge from Bears stores, which I refuse to do. I agreed to rather buy something else on the account in place of getting another lounge suite, because of the fact that I don't get anything I like. The sudden change of Beares furniture decision was that they will ONLY exchange the lounge that I had. The fact that the sales / managers advise client of one thing and then go back on their word to another is absolutely absurd! You cannot tell a client yes you can and then anyway follow their own minds! To complain with bears customer care you get someone who is lauging at your situation. Where does the client service levels comes from these days?
