I bought a skirt from truworths in november 2012. On the 7th of January I noticed that the hem of the skirt, which i had worn only a couple of times, was tearing off and separating from the skirt along the sewing line. I went to the store and told them, the supervisor said she could not help me as i did not have the slip anymore and because i had paid cash and not bought on account. I tried to explain that i did not keep the slip as my intention had been to keep the garment, but obviously i couldnt keep it as it had been poorly constucted and was falling apart to no avail. Im very dissapointed with the poor workmanship of this truworths garment and even more disspointed at the poor and inferiour quality of their customer service especially since I know for a fact that some superior retailors do take things back without a slip.
