Hi I bought a skirt on the 15 and when I got home on the 16 I fitted and my kids told me that the skirt its short: I took it back on Monday the 18 and the the store manger Olga was very unprofessional and irate: she told me that I did wear the skirt and I didn't: so she through me with the skirt and she told me she will send it for access ment: im still waiting even today: its going for 3 weeks now: and I don't wanna get any report back from that lady Olga as she is very rude and un professional :
and I would like to take this matter feather and if this is how she treats customers then she's messing up the business
