Do you not want to make a sale?

I received a brochure with my statement showing a skirt that would be available from 1 November 2013. I really wanted this skirt, so I went in to Cresta and they told me that they did not get stock of the skirt. I asked Tsidi to order one for me on 3 November 2013. She has not yet called me and its now 12 November.

I want to know why a big branch like Cresta does not get stock of advertised products and why no one has gotten back to me yet.By now my size is probably not available and I will lose out.
