How I wish other stores would treat me :)

Just an overall great experience from the staff at Exclusive Books Bayside Mall.
From prompt, friendly and great care in their service and attitude to the efficient way they handle requests and orders for books. I get greeted by name when I come into the store even from staff that don't deal with me on a more regular basis. If I put in an enquiry about a set of books, within a few minutes to no longer than a couple of hours I receive a phone call with answers to my request: how much I will pay, how long till delivery, etc. While waiting for my order I get constant updates from staff as to when it is being delivered or if there happen to be any delays then answers for why there is a delay and what has been done to remedy the situation. I've never been left disappointed. In fact, I'm always left feeling very special and well looked after. The staff are also intelligent, well informed on all of the genres on offer in the store, and a delight to talk to.
I hope more stores (no matter what they are selling) will adopt the great attitude, due diligence and over all excellence that Exclusive Books Bayside Mall's staff have to offer. You're an inspiration for anyone in retail guys.
