I ordered two books three weeks ago from Exclusive Books, Sandton City, as this store did not have books in stock, thus they were required to order from two other stores (Menlyn and Nelson Mandela Square). The staff member who assisted me assured me that these books would arrive within two weeks. Two weeks later, I went back to Exclusives as I had heard nothing back. The order was checked on the system, and it appeared as though this staff member had NOT even loaded it onto the system, hence the no show. Today, I returned once again to the store only to find that this order was STILL not correctly logged, thus no books yet again. The staff member at the store assured me that the staff member responsible would resolve the issue. Still no books logged to send the request! About two hours after this point, the said staff member called me and left a message on my mobile saying he would call back regarding the 'Fourth Grader' book I had apparently ordered. Please note: I ordered TWO SHAKESPEARE set works. Completely incompetent service, horrified at the lack of commitment and pride in that store! Will definitely not be back!
