I would like to thank Makro staff in Management and Luggage Dept., in particular Tom. I bought 3 sets of Luggage at normal price only to see advertised 2 weeks later at a very good sale price, on phoning to find out if a refund could be done, I was welcomed by Tom to come in store and everything would be sorted. And to his words all went well. Thank you Tom and Makro.
