NO SERVICE from Makro Cape Gate

I Bought an item on sale at Makro and only saw that I was charged full price after we left.
Tried to get a person to deal with this on 3 occasions today and only get either no response or a cold shoulder. It is only R30 difference but this opened my eyes as to who we are dealing with.
