I had such a unhelpful experience at your Canal Walk Mr Price Home Store. The person who handled my transaction was Kaylin.(receipt numbers:2622-4-317295 & 2622-4-13585) First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader of this letter, are not responsible for my unpleasant experience, but I am disappointed. I bought a bird cage ornament, but much to my disappointment I found that the item was tarnished, I asked Kaylin if she could check if they had another in their stock room, she left, came back and said its sold out. I asked if she could ask her Manager if possible I could get a discount off the full price, when she got to the Manager named Nicolene Van Schalkwyk, Kaylin whispered something to her, Nicolene without looking at me or the item just shook her head saying NO! She never came over to me. I feel very disappointed and embarrassed with this interaction as there were other customers watching. This is not about the money, I paid full price for a broken item, that I really want, my disappointment is in their poor customer service, not acknowledging me, or approaching me with a friendly explanation, or the very least suggesting to locate one in a better condition.
