Another disappointment at House and Home (Canal Walk), Special: Xbox360 controller bundled with two games, item marked "was R649, now R499" save R150. Get to the till only to find out that the selling price on the system is R699.

Call the manager who refuses to sell the item at the marked price, not even a discount...

What type of customer service is that?

I understand it's not the salesperson's fault, but senior staff on the ground should have sufficient authorisation to issue price discounts etc...
