I was interested in purchasing a dish draining rack from Mr Price Home in Three Rivers Mall in Vereeniging. The item was on display for sale. Firstly there was no price on the item and after enquiring from the assistance I was told that the price was R290.00. I was going to take the item but then noticed that on the draining board there was a sizeable hole. On requesting whether there is a discount as the item was damaged I was blatantly told that there is definitely no discount. My question is how do Mr Price expect people to purchase a shop soiled or damaged item at full price? Surely this is unethical. The assistant could not even find the box the dish rack was supposed to be in.
