Bad Attitude / always out of stock

Good day..I have been a proud customer of Pick n Pay, Midway Mews, Midrand for the past 12 years..
After the new take-over, the store is always out of stock and the Manager, Faizal, has a terrible attitude.
When we complained about the store, he called us liars and always has some poor excuse... He is argumentative and very very rude. He is bringing this store DOWN and lots of customers have already moved over to SPAR were the attitude is friendly, caring and always full of smiles...

I suggest that if he cannot run this store, please resign and hand it over to someone who is more approachable and understand customer needs... OR ELSE CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN!!!
