When you need help, Do not Call them!

On the 31st of July a Pipe burst on my property and I called Edgars club to use my club benefits as this was a covered incident. I called them at 10:34 and they said they would send out someone to assist me. I called a total of 10 times trying to get assistance. The whole reason I actually became an Edgars Club member was for incidents like this. The call center was unhelpful to put it mildly and the service provider called Fix24 never even tried to call me. I don't even know what I spent on calls for this incident. I eventually called a private plumber to sort this out. I cancelled the call out at 2pm with Edgars. Absolutely terrible service from Edgars, Euro Assistance and fix24. I will be cancelling my Edgars Club membership as well as closing my Edgars account. I have never experienced service like this in my entire life.
