Pick 'n Pay
Still waiting for a response

I complained about the terrible service, attitude and I have received at the Pick 'n Pay store in Northgate shopping centre and I am yet to receive any such response from Pick 'n Pay. I received what seemed like a computer generated response on Hello. Peter and was told someone will contact me soon but to no avail. I am extremely disappointed with Pick 'n Pay, I feel like you people do not value your clients. I will never return to any Pick 'n Pay store again. one customer lost is one too many, but obviously your company does not give a.
