Pick 'n Pay
Pathetic behavior from staff

I had decided to do abit of shopping seeing that pick n pay is running a lot of specials at the moment. I had been to the Midway Mews pick n pay who did not have stock of the product on Tuesday (special is running since Monday) i then decided to go to the Sanridge Pick n Pay in Midrand, and also did not have stock of this product. I then asked the 'Manager' Imba to check for me and she said that they had no stock, i did mention to her that i was not happy as i went to 2 pick n pays and its the same story. she then started telling me abut internal processes and procedures which does not concern me. She became extremely rude and arrogant, and said that she will have me escorted out the store and banned. This 'manager' previously worked at the Midway mew Pick n Pay and was extremely rude to staff in front of customers. Please advise how it is possible for staff of Pick n Pay behave like this, its disgusting. i did mentioned that i would report her to head office and she said "Please do", which i have done yesterday afternoon, and requested feedback on the matter. I have still not received any feedback on this matter from Head Office yet. Its totally unacceptable!
