I visit the Midway Mews PnP often, and I am often met with out of stock items (chicken breasts) or bad fresh produce. Come on guys... This Pnp is the closest to where I live and many people use it, take care of your customers.
I have bought a pack of red apples on numerous occasions and at least 3 of them had to be thrown out the same day (rotten with holes). I have seen mushy old lettuce, over ripe cherry tomatoes or none at all! Brocolli that is already becoming yellow, mushrooms that are brown... the list goes on. Once you pass the fresh food ilse, you move on to out of stock shelves of fresh meat.
Once you have done your shopping, forbid its after your day of work and you can only arrive at the store at 5.30 pm... the staff that you meet at the till will be sour and robotic... no smiles no greeting. NO INTERACTION besides the slow scanning of the items (looooong waiting time) you are then met with sour faces.
Im sorry, I know we are all tired at 5.30pm but YOU are in a service orientated job, u meet customers face to face, your job is driven by the good service you deliver to us. THIS IS WHY WE CHOOSE PNP! For fresh food and good service.
please fix this.
