Off Chicken and bad attitude from Store Manage

I can now understand why the service at the Bylsbridge PicknPay in Centurion stays bad! It is as a result of the store manager's attitude.

I bought chicken on 15 Oct 2013 that was off! Both the store manager and his assistant stood with their arms folded and asked the cashier to return my money so that I can just get out of the store. He also said I can go and shop elsewhere.

I have also experienced problems about every time I shop there with incorrect pricing. I have complained about this often and it has fallen on death ears.

The store manager's attitude was very disappointing after the bad chicken episode. I found 8 more packs of chicken that was off!! Neither he or his assistant would join me to have a look at the chicken.

I feel this issue needs to be addressed at the highest level as after many years of good service from PnP, I realise now why the BylsBridge store is mostly empty.

I am very disappointed with PnP Bylsbridge at the moment.
