On Sunday (29/09/2013) myself and my wife visited westlake pick n pay on advise from friends that the lamb is on special at this pick pay and upon arrival there at around 12 midday we stood in line at the butchery counter and then after about 10 minutes a staff member came to the line and advised all customers that there is no more lamb, then the customer ahead of me asked the lady to call the manager to enquire about a rain-check as she was upset that it was not even late in the day and they have already run out of stock. When the manager came he had such a attitude, did not apologise or provide alternatives to any of the customers in line and simply said theres no lamb and if you stand in the q you will be doing so for nothing, I then called him and when trying to reason with him and point out that the manner in which he addressed the previous customer was bad he summarily spoke over me and refused to even hear me out-his words"im not going to take a lecture from the likes of you", conrad was dismissive, rude and belittling to me as a customer of pick n pay, For a so called store manager this is pathetic service and has left me livid and with a bitter taste for pick n pay...
