To whom it may concern

I am very sad to say the service I have received from russels and the poor customer service is appalling, I purchased a brand new lounge suite over a year ago, when the 3 seater arrived it had a burn mark in the front, I immediately contacted Russels Bellville and the manager then advised me that they had no stock and as soon as it arrived they would replace it, I then called back a month or so later to find out what was happening and Astrid had advised me she was the new manager and she would sort it out for me, I heard nothing and called back a few weeks later only to be told that the warehouse was in the process of moving and once that was done she would arrange my 3 seater to be sent to me, I heard nothing for 2 months and proceeded to call again, only to be told she is terribly sorry she has been ill and totally slipped her mind, it's now been 6 months later and I have not heard a single word, not had a single phone call.

I am truly disgusted at the poor service I have received, I have even emailed your head office and they to say we will get back to you shortly and well no surprises here I am still waiting.
