Long outstanding complaint

I bought a Lounge suite last year Oct 2012 from the above mentioned store. The 2 seater had factory fault defects and it was exchanged. This 2 seater was also faulty and because there was no stock we had the faulty suite for 8 months. On 2012-06-15 they picked up the suite and gave us a loan suite. The loan suite was also faulty and they said that they are waiting for stock and will exchange then they get new stock. Herman came to our house and gave instructions that the suite must be exchange. They gave me a second lounge suite which was full of dust, this happend 21/08/2013.Louis said that they will sort my suite problem by the end August 2013.To date Im still waiting and all I want is my money back, no other exchange suite as Im waiting now a year and I had enough.
