I bought a lounge suite at Russels. After a few months the 2 seater and the lazy boy broke, its something to do with the meganism that kicks out the lazy boy. The 2 seater is loose from each other and i reported it to the store. Every time i got to the store they told me the manager aint there but they will report it to him. Two weeks ago i manage to get hold of the manager and he was sitting in a chair looking like dirty washing hanging over the back of the chair. He promised me he would contact me the following week, needles to say i am still waiting for his call. On the 30-03-2013 i went back to the store and then he told me? ish madam your warranty has expired". I told him this is not acceptable and i am not going to pay for something that broke and i reported it numerious times to them. His reply was "do whatever you want to". We all know how tough times are and to pay for something that you thought is going to last a life time just to realize your life time was only a few month aint my idea of a joke.
